A Peaceful Day
We’ve had those days. The world beats us down. Everything around us seems to be on fire. We need to get away from it all and decompress. We need to remind ourselves of the good things—the friends who strengthen us, the family that loves us, and our pets that brighten our days. This is our armor that shields us and protects us from the world. It’s important to understand that we can, most of the time, control the world around us and our reaction to it. We can bring our own peace.
